Work

  1. 01

    Flup

    Co-founder · 2023 – 2025

A B2B language-learning platform, built on teaching methods with evidence behind them.

I taught myself German from books, which is where the idea came from.

I owned product, growth, and operations, and wrote part of the build.

It reached paying customers who stayed six months. When I moved to Germany, I sold it to Esse Learning.

  2. 02

    Zeops

Germany Market Entry Lead · 2025 – Present

A B2B HR and payroll platform, moving into the German market.

Zeops was built in Istanbul. I lead its entry into the German market.

I built the entire German payroll integration — PAP 2026 and Sozialversicherung compliance — and I run the go-to-market and the compliance work around it: GDPR and BDSG for the HR module, the DATEV integration, and positioning against the incumbents.

    Vendera

    Solo founder · 2025 – Present

A productivity app that connects what you do today to where you say you are going.

I wanted it to be a mirror. Something that reflects you back at yourself, so you see the gap between what you say matters and how the day actually went.

Twelve user interviews said otherwise. People did not want to be reflected at. They wanted an assistant that does things for them and makes the day easier. V2 is built on that answer instead of on my first idea. Four beta users are on it.

It is also the subject of my master's thesis at TUM, a randomized controlled trial.

    Peakly

    Personal project · 2026

An app I built for myself, to make training across more than one sport add up.

I train across tennis, the gym, and running. No app made the week add up, so I built the one I wanted.

You pick the session you are building toward, and the plan and its calorie targets reshape around it, then taper you out. The AI drafts a week from sessions you already committed to, and nothing is saved until you approve it. It assists. It does not take over.

I wrote all of it, from the Expo client to the Supabase backend. It ran in closed iOS testing with seven testers.

WeNest, 2025. A LinkedIn for flatshares I was asked to join. Three user interviews in, the research said the constraint in Germany is not matching roommates, it is that there are not enough flats. We ended it.
